The Navy League has established a Youth Medal that is awarded to outstanding Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (JROTC) cadets, US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and Young Marines. The award consists of a medal, ribbon bar, and a certificate. One medal to each of our sponsored Units.  This should be for your best RETURNING Cadet or Young Marine.  It is presented at the Navy League Awards luncheon in mid-April.  We will need the name AND a WRITTEN CITATION in mid March.  Your Awardee and one of his parents will be invited to our Awards luncheon in mid-April as our guest.
